In this role, you will be integral in guiding our Portuguese-speaking clients through their IT journeys, helping them identify challenges and implement the best technological solutions for their business needs. Your expertise will empower clients to optimize their operations and achieve their goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Portuguese-speaking clients to evaluate their IT requirements and provide impactful solutions.
• Develop and deliver tailored IT strategies and implementation plans based on client insights.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure clients are well-equipped to utilize IT solutions fully.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless solution deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback.
• Stay current with technological advancements to provide the best advice to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Background in IT consulting, solution design, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in understanding various IT products and emerging technologies.
• A strong desire for learning and personal development in the IT field.
