Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-game support to Portuguese-speaking players through chat, email, and social media channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-game issues related to accounts, technical difficulties, and gameplay.
• Gather player feedback and identify trends to enhance user satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of player interactions and solutions provided.
• Work closely with game developers and product teams to communicate player insights and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed about game updates, features, and industry developments to assist players effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a bonus.
• Previous experience in customer service or gaming support is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for gaming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple player inquiries.
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and community interaction is advantageous.
