Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Portuguese-speaking gamers, helping them with inquiries and enhancing their gaming experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot gaming-related issues, offering effective solutions to players.
• Guide users on game features, updates, and community activities.
• Record and analyze player interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the gaming team to share insights and suggestions from the player community.
• Encourage a respectful and inclusive gaming atmosphere by promoting positive communication amongst players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in gaming.
• Previous experience in customer service, gaming support, or community engagement is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to handle complex support issues.
• A passionate gamer knowledgeable about popular games and gaming trends.
• Familiarity with customer support and chat tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends to meet player demands.
