Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking players through multiple channels such as forums, social media, and live chats.
• Resolve gameplay questions, technical challenges, and community feedback with professionalism and speed.
• Foster community interaction and help create a positive and welcoming environment for players.
• Work closely with the development team to share valuable player feedback and contribute to community enhancements.
• Stay updated on game content, features, and community guidelines to provide accurate assistance.
• Record player interactions and identify common issues to improve overall player satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on community engagement.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming cultures and trends.
• Prior experience in customer support or community management is beneficial.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and customer support software.
