Responsibilities

• Monitor chat interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and promote respectful communication.
• Engage proactively with players, providing answers to inquiries and facilitating enjoyable conversations.
• Swiftly address and manage inappropriate behavior or content within the chat.
• Support players with their concerns and provide assistance as needed to enhance their gaming experience.
• Collaborate with the game development team to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute ideas for community improvements.
• Collect player feedback and report insights to help refine the gaming environment and overall player engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills along with a strong affinity for gaming culture.
• Prior experience in chat moderation, community engagement, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations while fostering a positive online atmosphere.
• A deep passion for gaming and familiarity with popular gaming platforms.
