Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with their fashion-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about products, offer styling advice, and recommend items that align with customer preferences.
• Handle customer issues and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed support.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong passion for fashion and understanding of industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and handle their concerns effectively.
• Strong multitasking abilities and competency in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
