In this exciting position, you will be responsible for assisting Portuguese-speaking clients with their inquiries regarding our entertainment services. Your expertise in customer service and your passion for entertainment will help ensure that clients receive the highest level of support. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding entertainment services, events, and bookings.
• Respond to client inquiries through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve booking-related issues and client concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery based on customer feedback.
• Remain informed about upcoming events and industry developments to enhance client interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment industry is advantageous.
• Excellent ability to solve problems and a keen eye for detail.
• A genuine interest in the entertainment sector and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management software is preferred.
