Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solid relationships with Portuguese-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
• Serve as the main contact point for clients, providing expert advice and support tailored to their unique requirements.
• Identify and understand clients' business objectives to develop customized strategies that drive results.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess their needs and adapt solutions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Gather client insights and feedback, using them to inform improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate smooth service execution and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in client consulting, account management, or a similar role.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing client needs strategically.
• Adept at understanding complex business scenarios and driving effective client solutions.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional client value.
• Familiar with CRM tools and prior experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
