Portuguese Speaking Email Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality email support to Portuguese-speaking customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues based on their inquiries.
• Communicate solutions and guidance clearly to support customers effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in the support system.
• Work closely with team members to improve support processes and address common issues.
• Stay updated on product information to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong written communication skills for effective engagement with clients through email.
• Prior experience in customer support or email-based roles is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is a plus.
