Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce inquiries.
• Assist with order statuses, product details, and payment inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and the purchasing process.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer interfaces is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
