Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Portuguese to identify their needs and deliver tailored digital store solutions.
• Guide clients through the setup and optimization processes of their digital storefronts.
• Provide training and ongoing support regarding digital retail solutions and best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Keep abreast of e-commerce trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and outcomes for continuous service enhancement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationships.
• Adept at understanding client challenges and providing effective solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client performance data.
