Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated customer support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, content access, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
• Educate users on service features, updates, and platform navigation.
• Document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in digital environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for streaming services and knowledge of popular content is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is an advantage.
