Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Portuguese-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to banking services, account issues, and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Educate clients about available banking products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance, is preferred.
