Portuguese Speaking Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Support customers in implementing and utilizing our products to achieve their objectives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while understanding customer needs.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and health indicators to ensure positive outcomes and reduce churn.
• Gather valuable feedback from customers to drive service enhancements and product improvements.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service or customer success roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret customer data and trend insights.
• Proactive and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with customer success platforms and CRM software is a plus.
