Job Description: We are looking for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support clients of Scalable Capital. Working from an Athenian office, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.

Requirements

·      You must have a C1/C2 level of Portuguese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

·      Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

·      You must have a valid EU passport.

·      You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
