In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers, responsible for nurturing relationships and enhancing overall satisfaction. Your fluency in Portuguese will be vital as you engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and promote relevant services to enhance customer loyalty. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Portuguese-speaking customers, boosting loyalty and retention.
• Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
• Identify and recommend additional services that meet customer needs and interests.
• Record customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor customer feedback trends to inform strategy development and engagement enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in loyalty programs, is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated while also being a collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is advantageous.
