Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and guide them through the services offered.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to facilitate better service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about products and services to best assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience in a customer support role or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms or CRM systems is beneficial.
