Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for corporate Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
• Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, fostering positive relationships.
• Educate clients on available products and services to maximize their experience.
• Document client interactions and maintain records for follow-up and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive support and service resolution.
• Keep abreast of company developments and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of corporate products and services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
