Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for Portuguese-speaking clients, providing dedicated support and responding to inquiries.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to accurately understand their needs and expectations.
• Timely resolution of client concerns and issues, maintaining professionalism throughout.
• Conduct follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and keep them informed of updates and offerings.
• Document client interactions thoroughly and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to improve client satisfaction and relay client feedback.
• Remain knowledgeable about market trends and company services in order to effectively assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with CRM tools and dedicated client management systems is a benefit.
• A proactive approach to ensuring an outstanding client experience.
