Responsibilities

• Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients to assess their integration needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client platforms and our systems.
• Deliver technical support throughout the integration process, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed.
• Document integration processes and technical specifications accurately for both clients and internal documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies relevant to B2B integration.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams to enhance the integration process and overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in B2B integrations, APIs, or a related technical area is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client interactions.
• Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (such as ETL, middleware, APIs) is desirable.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
