In this role, you will be integral in supporting our Portuguese-speaking customers by providing exceptional service and expert guidance regarding their automotive needs. Your proficiency in Portuguese will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, assist in their inquiries, and help them navigate our services seamlessly. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Portuguese-speaking customers seeking assistance with automotive services.
• Address customer inquiries related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service options.
• Help customers schedule appointments and provide detailed explanations of our service processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Inform customers about service offers, warranty options, and any current promotions available.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service experience, ideally within the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of automotive products and services is beneficial.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
