Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive information about airline services, policies, and schedules.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Passion for travel and a basic understanding of airline operations is desirable.
• Experience with customer service software and airline reservation systems is advantageous.
