Assures the highest possible level of guest satisfaction by repeatedly performing duties that support the efficient operation of the Housekeeping for the public areas of the property.

• Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible service to our guests and fellow team members.
• Maintains grounds to increase curb appeal by picking up debris and cleaning as needed; Empties all trash containers as needed.  
• Cleans break room, and guest common areas, vacuums hallways, stairwells, lobby, office area and other areas as assigned.
• Maintains the public areas i.e., shampoo carpet, clean slot machines, empty trash, or any other duties as assigned.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.  Ability to quickly and accurately perform normal mathematical computations in regards to the implementation of duties. Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.  

No experience necessary.  Housekeeping experience a plus.
