The Role

Are you prepared to contribute to an outstanding dining experience? Fidelity Investments invites a dedicated Porter / Dishwasher to join our motivated team in Boston, MA. You will serve an essential function in our Specialty Dining Program, ensuring the kitchen and service spaces remain spotless and well-organized. Your proactive attitude and focus on detail will influence the efficiency and achievements of our culinary efforts!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Working knowledge of commercial dishwashing and warewashing equipment.
• Proven ability to inspect and ensure the quality and freshness of all incoming products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively within a group setting.
• Embrace and adapt to change in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential guest information.
• Working knowledge of first in first out inventory process.
• Strong ability to label, date, and store products accurately.
• Ability to support culinary management with basic mise en place tasks.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $40,000-72,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
