We're a well-established, family-owned pool company serving the South Fort Myers and Sanibel area, and we're looking for an experienced Pool Equipment Repair Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

As our Pool Equipment Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential pool equipment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing pool equipment issues
• Installing and replacing pool pumps and motors
• Repairing and servicing pool heaters
• Troubleshooting filters, valves, automation systems, chlorinators, and other pool equipment
• Identifying the root cause of equipment failures and recommending solutions
• Completing repairs efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining accurate service notes and communicating with customers when needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience with pool equipment, not just cleaning pools.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience installing pool pumps and motors
• Experience repairing and troubleshooting pool heaters
• Strong knowledge of residential pool equipment and plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from our office each day
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

What We Offer

• $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience
• Company service truck provided during the workday (vehicle is returned to the office each evening)
