30We are hiring for a Polysomnographic Technologist! Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to perform sleep studies and support patients throughout their care experience. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
What’s Available:
.75 FTE (30 hours weekly), Part-time
12-hour night shifts (630pm-630am)
Typical nights are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Location: On-site, La Crosse Main Campus
Department: Sleep Lab
What You Will Do:
Perform overnight sleep studies (polysomnograms) and related testing to evaluate patient sleep disorders
Monitor and record sleep data while ensuring accuracy and patient safety
Educate and support patients throughout testing procedures
Analyze results and collaborate with providers and the care team to support patient care
Maintain equipment, documentation, and compliance with safety and accreditation standards
Working with ages 18 months to 100+ years

What You Need:
Graduate of an accredited Polysomnographic, Electro neurodiagnostic, or Respiratory Therapy program OR one year of on-the-job training in an AASM-accredited sleep lab
Certification as an RST and RPSGT
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
