Job Description:

1.Coordinate polishing shift activities across multiple functional teams and organize the weekly polishing shift schedule in collaboration with the Global Polishing Scheduling Team.

2. Organize employees' annual work shift schedules and coordinate staffing arrangements for weekly polishing operation.

3.Perform polishing wafer demand estimation, wafer ordering, incoming wafer quality inspection and inventory update in Lims system.

4.Communicate with wafer suppliers for customized wafer request, wafer quality issue.

5.Be Lims system operation focal point, manage polishing request and status update.

6.Prepare monthly reports on polishing shift utilization and wafer consumption, and present key performance data and insights to leadership.
