Policy Tracking & Dashboard Analyst

Maximus is currently seeking a Policy Tracking & Dashboard Analyst for a bid opportunity. This program supports the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in overseeing the national organ transplant system through the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN). The OPTN establishes policies that ensure organs are allocated fairly and based on medical need, with a strong focus on transparency, data-driven decision-making, and equitable outcomes. In this role, you will support policy and operational tracking through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. You will work with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze data, helping to translate complex information into meaningful insights that support program decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. This position is highly collaborative and requires coordination across teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and alignment with program goals. This is a remote position.
