Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update our global policies in various areas of online content.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and company executives regarding proposed content policy efforts.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and company executives regarding proposed content policy efforts.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with partners across cross-functional groups including public policy, PR, legal, product, engineering, and sales. Understand and clearly communicate the challenges and needs presented by the latest trends globally.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
- Experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing strategic or large-scale projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
