Job description

Job Purpose 

Drive execution of Digital Materials by building and scaling a high-quality digital materials library and standards across the supplier ecosystem.  

 

Role & Responsibilities:  

Digital Library & Standards Execution 

  • Execute build and rollout of the digital materials library (structure, uploads, organization) 

  • Implement, track and enforce adherence to digital material standards (scanning, modeling, validation) 

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of digital assets across suppliers 

Vendor Coordination (T2 Focus) 

  • Coordinate T2 suppliers for digital material creation and certification 

  • Hold vendors accountable to standards, quality and timelines 

  • Support calibration to ensure consistency across vendors 

Program Management 

  • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for digital library and standards initiatives 

  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed 

  • Support scaling from pilot programs to broader adoption 

  • Establish and maintain project tracking and reporting cadence 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Partner with Digital, Materials, Sourcing, and Product teams to align execution 

  • Ensure connection between T2 material creation and T1 usage 

  • Support integration into product creation workflows 

Adoption & Enablement 

  • Support rollout and adoption of digital materials and standards 

  • Coordinate training and onboarding for internal teams and vendors 

  • Track adoption and performance metrics (usage, quality, speed, and reduction in physical samples)

Role Intent:  

  • Enable scalable digital product creation by building and maintaining a high-quality digital materials library and enforcing standards across the supplier ecosystem to enable scalable, process driven product creation 

Experience 

  • 5–7 years in PMO, sourcing, product creation, or operations 

  • Experience working with suppliers (T1/T2) 

  • Exposure to digital materials, 3D, or product creation tools is a plus 

 

Academic Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree required 

Preferred fields  

  • Business, Operations Supply Chain 

  • Textiles/Materials 

  • Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing) 

  • Fashion/Product Development 

 

Specific Working Conditions
