Your New Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supports PMO financial management, including forecasting, analysis of actuals, and workforce/FTE tracking
- Contributes to financial governance activities such as Management Reserve, change control, and back-to-green planning
- Coordinates program reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly outputs
- Maintains program documentation, governance artefacts, templates, and SharePoint repositories
- Facilitates risk, issue, and action tracking while supporting continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools
About You and What You'll Bring
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability with strong analytical and problem-solving strengths
- Proven experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting within a project or program environment
- Solid understanding of PMO, project, and program management frameworks (PMI certifications highly regarded)
- Strong experience using SharePoint and information management tools; Power BI capability is advantageous
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in engaging stakeholders while managing competing priorities
