We're hiring on behalf of a large international financial services/bank group for a PMO Analyst to support governance and reporting across a portfolio of strategic security and technology transformation initiatives. You'll join an international programme team working on complex technology challenges within a security-focused transformation portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Support programme governance and control activities across a portfolio of strategic security initiatives
- Produce strategic reporting for programme leadership, executive stakeholders, and governance committees
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and support proactive risk identification, escalation, and mitigation
- Support financial management activities: budget tracking, forecasting, spend monitoring, and benefits realization reporting
- Consolidate information across multiple projects and workstreams into clear, executive-ready dashboards and management reports
- Track programme milestones, deliverables, KPIs, dependencies, and transformation outcomes to support timely decision-making
- Maintain programme plans, action logs, decision logs, and other key programme management artefacts
- Drive consistency in reporting, governance, and delivery management practices across the programme
- Support resource planning, portfolio coordination, and continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in a PMO, Programme Management Office, Project Controls, or Portfolio Management role within a large organization
- Strong understanding of programme governance, executive reporting, RAID management, financial tracking, and delivery controls
- Experience supporting large-scale technology, security, risk, or transformation programmes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise management insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience in cyber security, technology, or risk management programmes is an advantage
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio management practices is beneficial
