As a Project Manager: Custom Development, you will lead a project team in delivering custom development solutions according to project charter or contract. You will have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Plan and Budget: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of custom development solutions. This includes defining project scope, identifying and allocating resources, and establishing key milestones. • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and coordinate the activities of IBM and client employees, as well as third-party vendors, to achieve project objectives.
