Position Summary

Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and replacing residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing service, maintenance, and replacement work
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, sump pumps, water lines, drain lines, and sewer components
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Educate customers on their plumbing systems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets local code requirements
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with residential service, repair, and replacement work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and educate homeowners
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
