💼 About the Role:

We're seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented Install Manager who wants more than just a paycheck—you want a career, a crew to lead, and wins to celebrate. You'll lead septic and plumbing installation crews, coach techs for growth, ensure top-tier customer service, and keep operations running smooth, safe, and on schedule.

💥 Experience in construction or excavation is required. Septic installation background and CDL are big pluses!

• 5+ years coaching/leadership experience

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams

• Working knowledge of Excel, scheduling tools, and job tracking software
