Job Description:

We are looking for a person responsible for the coordination between FAL resident team and the supply and demand population in order to ensure the part availability in warehouse stock is on time and on quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Challenge to secure on Time / On Quality delivery in accordance with production needs.

  • Missing part follow up to coordinate necessary escalation

  • Interface between FAL resident team and Supply Chain & Logistic.

  • Manage / coordinate administrative disputes 

  • Coordinate parasitic flow  

  • Propose corrective solution and continuous improvement to improve supply chain flow, based on recurrent issues.

  • Leading the performance reviews inside PIOGP and in permanent coordination with the other performance managers inside Supply Chain Operations, she/he will be responsible for deploying relevant KPIs for the Planning & Scheduling and Production Control activities. She/he will also contribute to the Key Strategic Initiatives launched transversally for boosting collaboration and securing knowledge management in the department.

  • Knowledge of the shopfloor and program processes and requirements.

  • Team spirit, can build up a strong relationship to production, planning, supply officer and logistics.
