Are you an experienced chemical manufacturing leader with a passion for developing people, driving operational excellence, and creating lasting impact?

Diversey is seeking an exceptional Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Kirchheimbolanden, Germany. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important chemical production facility, leading a team of approximately 50 employees while shaping the future of the site through operational improvements, team development, and capital investment projects.

🎯 What You'll Be Responsible For

✅ Providing strong leadership across production, logistics, procurement, quality, and EHS functions.

✅ Leading and developing a diverse workforce, balancing the needs of a highly experienced operations team with the growth of a younger management population.

✅ Driving continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the global Operational Excellence team.

✅ Managing significant capital investment projects and ensuring successful delivery.

✅ Maintaining regulatory compliance within an upper-tier SEVESO environment and building strong relationships with local authorities.

✅ Ensuring the safe, efficient production and delivery of cleaning chemical solutions to major food and beverage customers across the DACH region.

✅ Creating a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, customer service, and operational excellence.

👤 What We're Looking For

✔️ Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Site Leader, or Manufacturing Leader within the specialty chemicals industry.

✔️ A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related chemical discipline is essential.

✔️ Strong understanding of SEVESO regulations and experience operating within a highly regulated chemical manufacturing environment.

✔️ Demonstrated success leading teams, facilities, or manufacturing operations.

✔️ A natural mentor and coach who enjoys developing people and building future leaders.

✔️ Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.

✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making decisions independently.

✔️ A collaborative team player who is confident enough to constructively challenge ideas and drive positive change.

✔️ Experience working in lean, agile manufacturing environments.

✔️ Fluent German and English is essential.
