This leader will drive operational discipline in a unionized manufacturing environment while improving a critical safety culture and addressing cost pressures. The role requires a visible, people-first leader who can motivate teams and optimize plant performance through Lean practices. Success in this position will depend on building trust, stabilizing operations, and delivering measurable improvements in key KPIs.

Why This Role Matters

  • Drives critical improvement in plant-wide performance, including safety, cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the plant meets both operational and business objectives.

  • Leads the transformation of safety culture, establishing a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of business objectives through strong execution, accountability, and performance management

  • Evaluate and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, and systems to enhance production capabilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a heavy manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple functions within a plant to deliver strong operational results.

  • Experience driving organizational change and leading teams through transformation in a manufacturing setting.
