Plant Engineer

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
1.    Assist plant in monitoring / achieving KPI’s  .
2.    Assist plant in achieving ISO , BRC and food safety  .
3.    Assist department managers in their daily works , follow up of issues  .
4.    Analyze L/C and size change activities and highlight areas for improvements .
5.    Analyze issues affecting performance & down time ,  Quality issues , repair jobs PM and suggests improvements and actions to prevent reoccurrence of problems  .
6.    Follow up of general projects and participate in report writing.
7.    Monitor daily work of employees in the department he is assigned and looks for ways to improve performance  .
8.    Use hands skills when required .
9.    Assist in implementing company systems ,  procedures and train work force to ensure adequate comply .
10.    Assist in visual management activities and auditing work places and follow up with related departments
