We are looking for responsible and reliable people to join our Napier team as Plant & Terminal Operators on a casual basis.  

This work would ideally suit someone with spare time on their hands, who is energetic, reliable and would like to earn some extra money.

About the role:

  • Involves the unloading of fuel and bitumen ships.
  • Additional duties may be offered based on your skills and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility is key—we operate a 24/7 operation, so you’ll need to be available for day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
  • The work involves manual handling and working outside in all weather conditions.
  • You will follow all operating procedures thoroughly and safely, including strict health and safety requirements.

About you:

  • Proven ability to manage your time and work in a busy environment.
  • A reliable and committed team member.
  • Physically fit.
  • Good verbal communication and able to maintain accurate written records.  
  • A current full Class A New Zealand driver licence is essential.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
