Planning Manager

• Manage the delivery and implementation of the organization’s planning requirements.
• Working with Project Managers and Directors to deliver planned performance outputs to time, budget commitments and quality specifications.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring good management practices for the delivery, management and implementation of planning commitments to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to planning activities for delivery of short-, medium- and long-term commitments.
• Manage the preparation and submission of all clients' planning requirements.
• Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera or MS project.
• Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues and ensure the delivery/completion of the project work on time.
• Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required, and keep the management and
• Project director. apprised of the progress on a regular basis.
• On-time delivery of project plans.
• Budget preparation.
• Technical project documentation.
• On-time reporting

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Planning, or Engineering
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Knowledge of business operations and procedures
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
