Planning Manager

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a Planning Manager to enhance our project management capabilities within the exciting realm of social infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia. As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning processes on key projects, ensuring effective time management, resource allocation, and alignment with the overall strategic objectives of Vision 2030. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules in accordance with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure all facets of the project are included in the planning process.
• Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Present regular updates and reporting to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Evaluate project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planning staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to discussions on project viability and planning strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Proficient in planning software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
