Job description

Ø Purpose of Position-

  • To develop, monitor, and control the project schedule, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of the high‑rise commercial project.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

 

          

Ø Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
  • Monitor schedule progress, identify delays, propose recovery plans.
  • Track critical path and dependencies across civil, façade, MEP, and interior works.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, S‑curves, and earned value charts.
  • Coordinate with site teams for weekly and monthly progress reviews.
  • Support cost planning, productivity analysis, and resource forecasting.
  • Review contractor schedules, method statements, and weekly updates.
  • Provide early warnings for schedule slippages.

 

 

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) -

  • Accuracy of project schedule and timely updates.
  • Achievement of planned milestones.
  • Quality of progress reports and dashboards.
  • Effectiveness of mitigation strategies for delays.
  • Coordination efficiency with execution teams.

 

 

Ø Qualification, Experience and Technical knowledge-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in planning of high‑rise or commercial projects.
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Understanding of construction sequencing and MEP integration.
  • Familiarity with cost control, EVM, and productivity analysis.
