Job description
Ø Purpose of Position-
- To develop, monitor, and control the project schedule, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of the high‑rise commercial project.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Ø Major Responsibilities –
- Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
- Monitor schedule progress, identify delays, propose recovery plans.
- Track critical path and dependencies across civil, façade, MEP, and interior works.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, S‑curves, and earned value charts.
- Coordinate with site teams for weekly and monthly progress reviews.
- Support cost planning, productivity analysis, and resource forecasting.
- Review contractor schedules, method statements, and weekly updates.
- Provide early warnings for schedule slippages.
Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) -
- Accuracy of project schedule and timely updates.
- Achievement of planned milestones.
- Quality of progress reports and dashboards.
- Effectiveness of mitigation strategies for delays.
- Coordination efficiency with execution teams.
Ø Qualification, Experience and Technical knowledge-
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in planning of high‑rise or commercial projects.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Understanding of construction sequencing and MEP integration.
- Familiarity with cost control, EVM, and productivity analysis.
