Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed master schedules using Primavera P6
  • Define activities, logic links, critical paths, and milestones.

2. Progress Monitoring & Control

  • Track actual progress versus the baseline schedule on regular basis.
  • Prepare performance reports including S-curves, histograms, earned value reports, and lookahead schedules.
  • Analyze schedule variances and delays, and recommend recovery or acceleration plans.

3. Coordination & Communications

  • Coordinate with development, commercial, project management and handover departments.
  • Participate in progress meetings and present schedule updates, risks, and forecasts.

4. Risk & Impact Analysis

  • Identify schedule risks and assess their impact on project timelines.
  • Conduct delay analysis and prepare time impact assessments (TIA) when required.
  • Propose preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports for management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of schedule revisions, baseline updates, and progress records.

Ensure compliance with internal planning standards and project requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.
  • Strong understanding of master scheduling for different developments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
