Position also focuses on managing, coaching, and developing other people. Master’s Degree preferred. Four (4) or more years planning and zoning experience, including at least three years of supervisory or management experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.</span><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment.
