Job description

  • Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.
  • Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
  • Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme.
  • ertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects. Data Center projects are highly desirable
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
