Pizza Chef

Our client is looking for a Pizzaiolo Chef to work in their busy restaurant in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a up and coming group where promotions from within are the norm. The menu uses authentic Italian ingredients which are organic, seasonal and territorial products.

We are looking for a passionate Pizza Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to our guests. At the same time, our Pizza Chef will confidently support the team and lead a section. You will ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards, passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm.

As Pizza Chef you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the section are managed in an effective, efficient and productive manner under the guidance and supervision of the Sous and Head Chef.

Desired Experience and Knowledge

·At least 6 months experience working in a similar restaurant as a Pizza Chef

·Exceptional standards
