Pipefitter Supervisor

Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking a skilled Pipefitter Supervisor to oversee and manage our pipefitting team. The successful candidate will ensure that all piping projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in mentoring staff, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with various departments to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the pipefitting team during installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Interpret and review technical drawings and blueprints to guide the team accurately.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to pipefitting personnel to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Monitor project progress and collaborate with project managers to address any challenges.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; pipefitting certification or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of pipefitting experience with demonstrable supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in pipefitting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and related pipefitting certifications are required.
