THE OCHSNER PSYCHIATRY DEPARTMENT IS RECRUITING BC/BE PSYCHIATRIST TO JOIN OUR EXPANDING PRACTICES THROUGHOUT SOUTH LOUISIANA.

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist. Ochsner Health is an integrated healthcare system with more than 36,000 employees and over 4,600 employed and affiliated physicians in over 90 medical specialties and subspecialties. It operates 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South.

Position Highlights:

· Full-Time and Part-Time options available in clinic

· Telepsychiatry, remote work available (must have or be willing to obtain license to practice in LA)

· Resident supervision available

· Work with teams that include APPs, Psychiatry PharmD, clinical psychologists, social workers, & counselors

· Flexible schedules and work hours

· Opportunities to grow new programs in our innovative, state-of-the-art Neurosciences Center of Excellence building to open in 2025

· Work with our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) or Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) service

· Opportunities to work in child, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and/or addiction psychiatry
