Bridge Crest Post Acute is hiring a passionate PTA to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. If you love helping people regain strength, confidence, and mobility—and enjoy working with a team that values both skill and spirit—you’ll fit right in here.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver skilled therapy under the direction of a licensed PT

• Motivate and support residents through personalized treatment plans

• Track progress and keep documentation on point

• Be part of a team that makes therapy feel less like a task and more like a win

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed PTA in the state of Washington

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Enthusiastic about making a difference

• Experience in SNF or post-acute care is a plus
